These terms govern your use of Seerati. By using the service, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.
Service description
Seerati provides tools to create, edit, preview, analyze and export resumes, including possible import, templates and paid services. Features may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security.
Account requirements
You must provide accurate account information and protect sign-in credentials. You are responsible for account activity and must notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You must be legally eligible to use the service or have guardian consent where required.
Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy of resume content, achievements, qualifications and links. The service must not be used to fabricate experience, credentials or identity, and we do not verify every claim before export.
Acceptable use
You may not attack or bypass the service, upload malware, infringe others' rights, use the platform for fraud or unlawful discrimination, or create illegal content. We may restrict abusive use to protect users and the system.
Subscriptions and payments
Prices, currency and billing frequency are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew until cancelled unless stated otherwise. Taxes and payment provider fees may apply by location. Refunds follow applicable law and the policy shown at purchase.
ATS review limitations
The score is guidance based on rules, resume content and any job description. It does not represent a specific employer system and does not guarantee screening success, an interview or employment. Hiring decisions remain with employers.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of submitted content and grant us a limited license to process and store it to provide the service. The brand, software, original templates and interface belong to Seerati or its licensors and may not be copied or resold beyond granted rights.
Account cancellation
You may cancel a subscription or request account deletion. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically erase invoices or records that must be retained legally. Download needed files before deletion.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or ended for terms violations, security risk, fraud or legal obligations, with reasonable notice where circumstances allow. We will try to enable data export before non-urgent termination when practical.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as available without guaranteeing employment or compatibility with every external program. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost opportunities or data loss outside our control. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms for service, legal or security changes. We will publish the new version and date and provide additional notice for material changes where required. Continued use after effectiveness means acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with courts in Amman having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another court or under another law.
